Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal by choosing Manage next to Subscription on your Canvas Companion account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Delete your account

Deleting your Canvas Companion account cancels the subscription immediately and removes access. Account deletion does not create a prorated refund.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law or for a duplicate or incorrect charge.
